Edge Validation & Promotion Gate

SHADOW research only — never changes a pick, tier, stake, or bankroll. It takes the candidate "systems" that Edge Discovery found and puts each one through a HARDER second test before we trust it: it must still win on the freshest games (a brand-new holdout), have enough games in BOTH time windows, still look good after we use our honest (calibrated) numbers, and NOT fade over time. Only the ones that clear every check become VALIDATED — and even VALIDATED here is shadow-only. Turning a validated edge into a real, money-affecting recommendation is a separate step a human has to approve.
